Empower yourself by learning to cultivate your Qi (energy) using self-healing movements, breathing & posture techniques of Qigong.  Relax your body, quiet your mind and uplift your spirit. Qigong is an ancient Chinese wellness practice that combines gentle meditative movements with breath regulation and visualization techniques. Qigong, suitable for all fitness levels, has been shown to improve sleep quality, lower blood pressure, improve balance and overall health. This introductory class is suitable for both first-time students and those continuing from previous sessions.  We will proceed through basics and include advanced movements such as Opening the Small Circuit and Golden Qi Ball Protocol.  Through the use of Qigong motions and mindfulness, one can harmonize, strengthen and improve the functions of internal organs and bodily systems.  For Teens and Adults.

Tuition: $56     Register by November 30 for 10% tuition discount for non-members and a 25% tuition discount for members.
