Vocal Musical Theatre for High School

Expand your vocal technique, musical theater voice and music literacy skills through popular musical theater pieces! In this four week class we will: Explore vocal technique including vocal placement, breath support and exploring vocal character in the context of musical theater pieces. Expand our knowledge of reading a musical score in a rehearsal context (how to navigate a musical score, rhythm and pitch reading, musical markings and what they mean, etc.) Gain Confidence in a rehearsal setting and group performance setting!  Ages 14-18.

Note:  We are monitoring COVID-19 safety requirements and best practices as public health guidelines change.  We continue to show vigilance in cleaning, sanitizing and ventilating our facilities.  Face coverings are currently required to enter our building.  Thank you for your cooperation as we strive to provide the safest environment possible for all participants.
