2024 10 x 10 New Play Festival 

Submission Deadline is April 15 by 11:59 p.m.

Submissions must be emailed to Rooftop10by10@gmail.com

Call for Directors will be announced on May 1, 2024.

Auditions for Actors will be held Tuesday, June 18 from 7 -9 pm and Saturday, June 22 from 3 – 5 pm..

Performances August 22, 23 and 24, 2024 at the ARTfactory.

Plays will be accepted for consideration From February 15 thru April 15, 2024 by 11:59.

Playwrights may submit no more than two (2) plays.

Entry Fee: $10 per play. High school entry fees will be waived for 2024. (Two Play Limit)

Ten Plays will be selected from the pool of adult submissions. 1 play will be selected from our high school submissions. A panel of script evaluators will determine selected plays.  Winners will be notified via email from Rooftop Productions.  The selected playwrights will be notified via email prior to public announcement.

Prizes:  First Place -$175, Second Place – $125, High School Winner – $100 and one performance award:  Audience Favorite – $100.

Judging Criteria: Producibility, Originality, Creativity, Entertainment Value, Evaluator Judgment. Adherence to all other requirements must be met (i.e. page limit, character number, etc.)
