ARTful Wellness – Improvisation Exploration

This Improvisation Exploration Workshop is an interactive and creative class designed to help adults relax, explore their creative side, and build confidence. Through guided improvisation activities, participants will learn how to explore their imagination and think on their feet, while having fun and learning to trust their instincts.   Ages 18 – Adult.

Note:  Following the current CDC recommendation, students and instructors should wear a mask based on personal preference, informed by personal level of risk.
