ARTful Wellness – Return to Inner Peace Creative Arts Workshop

Let’s get together to focus, relax and create something beautiful. Wellness coach and meditation leader, Angelica Ward with the Sacred Sparrow, will guide participants through calming and peaceful methods of creating and expression. The session will start with a guided meditation and then participants will move through several stations of relaxing creative activities to destress and find peace in the artistic flow. Please bring your journal and any other supplies you may want to enhance your creative experience. We will provide most basic art supplies in addition to zen sand gardens and more!

Methods include:
Kinetic Sand and Sand Raking
Doodling and Coloring
Journaling and Self Reflection
Guided Meditation

For ages 15 – adult.

*Workshops in our ARTful Wellness Series are sponsored by UVA Health.  Through their generous grant, registrants will receive a special 25% discount on tuition and art supplies will be provided for use in class. Students are more than welcome to bring their own items as well.
