Join veteran yoga instructor, Kim Slader for a Mommy and Me Yoga! Any parent or guardian can attend with littles of all ages. Kim will lead the group through basic yoga poses and stretches that everyone in the class can do! Price includes one parent/guardian and one child age 0-4 years old.
